traveLight is a clothing rental service for travelers in Barcelona. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to traveLight.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.

By using our website or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Service

traveLight provides a clothing rental service (not a sale). Each kit is delivered clean and ready to wear to your hotel or accommodation in Barcelona and must be returned at the end of your stay.

2. Age and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it.

3. Our Products

We make every effort to display our kits accurately. However, colors and fit may vary slightly depending on your screen. All garments are professionally washed and sanitized before delivery.

4. Orders and Bookings

  • When you place an order, you are booking a rental for the selected dates.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment and receipt of our confirmation email.
  • You may modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are flat fees for the entire rental period. They include professional washing, sanitization, delivery, and pickup in central Barcelona. Any extra charges (damages, loss, or late return) will be charged to the credit card provided.

6. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is made to the reception of your hotel or accommodation at the agreed time.
  • Pickup occurs at the same location on your departure day.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct address and accurate check-in/check-out times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the hotel or incorrect information provided by you.

7. Condition of the Kits

  • The garments must be returned in the same condition as received (except for normal wear).
  • Stains, tears, cigarette burns, or strong odors (smoke, heavy perfume, etc.) are not accepted.
  • In case of damage or non-return, you will be charged the replacement cost of the item plus a handling fee (up to €80 per garment).

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of traveLight. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

traveLight is not responsible for:

  • Any allergic reactions to the fabrics (even if professionally washed).
  • Items left in the pockets of the garments.
  • Delivery/pickup delays due to force majeure or hotel errors.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
