When will I receive my TraveLight kit ?
Your kit will be delivered to your accomodation on your arrival day.
Where will the delivery take place ?
We deliver directly to the hotel or apartment address you provided during booking.
What happens at the end of my stay ?
Just place all items in the provided box or bag. You can leave it at the reception or another agreed spot at your accomodation. We'll pick it up at checkout. Make sure everything is packed, and we'll handle the rest.
Do I need to wash the clothes ?
No. Laundry is fully included in the service.
What if my plans change ?
If you need to update your dates or accomodation details, simply reply to your confirmation email and we'll assist you.
What if there's a problem with the delivery ?
Contact us immediately by replying to your confirmation email and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I accidentally keep an item ?
If an item isn't returned, we may apply an additional fee based on item's value. We'll contact you before any charges.
What if an item is damaged during my stay ?
Normal wear is expected. However, significant damage beyond normal wear may result in a repair or replecement fee. We'll always discuss it with you first.
